Maintaining New Year’s Resolutions


Here’s a fun fact, 45% of American adults have a new year’s resolution. And with this not just being a new year, but a new decade, chances are that number is even higher right now. Unfortunately, the percentage of people who give up on their resolutions is probably somewhere in the 95% range. We don’t have the science to back that up, but it feels right.

We’ve been looking for helpful articles that can help inspire self improvement as well as encourage us to stay motivated while we wait for results. Getting in shape and eating right is tough, getting organized is next to impossible. We need all the help we can get.
